This is a really complicated method. There is a lot of commands mentioned here. One who doesn't know how to use CLI or doesn't have sysadmin experience will have a really hard time installing PHP on AWS. I think it is better to use a managed hosting, like Cloudways or other to host PHP website on AWS. Platforms like these minimize the need for commands.
