I have been hunting around for clarification whether Sharepoint Online Plan 1 user would have the ability to view and submit infopath forms, till now no avail. Your article mentions that a SP Online Plan 1 User can view and submit infopath forms.

In my organization, we are plannning to subscribe for SharePoint only plans, 1 SP Plan 2 User and 20+ SP Plan 1 Users
