Invalid command 'ProxyPreserveHost', perhaps misspelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration

This simply means that the proxy_http module is not enabled in apache2. Use the below command to enable proxy_http module

sudo a2enmod proxy_http

Remember to restart apache2
