I will appreciate if you can give me a sample Java codes that allows SMS codes to be sent from a mobile phone. The SMS codes will first be received in a Server end and be displayed on a Screen for immediate action. I am looking at a program that will geared towards and Early warning system in crisis torn areas and as well take care of informing Government authorities of decaying infrastructures including provision of basic essential amenities in a population areas that span more than 500 people. I will appreciated a sample Java program that can take of that aspect. It is purely for my academic Masters Project/Thesis. Any advise as regards to this project will be highly appreciated.
